Staffs were very accommodating. My room blackout early in the morning around 5.30am. staffs respond within 5min n changed my room. Then my car broke down. Had to take bus. Called for grab no respond. Called for taxi also not available. Fortunately staff Nisa offered her help n send me to bus terminal. I even offered to pay her the charges but she declined. The staffs here are the best assets of this hotel. I would definitely make K Garden as my no 1 priority if I'm staying in Bagan Serai for any reason.

One of the most comfortable hotel for family. Its been my 5th or 6th stay with them . The parking not an issue and i notice night there would be frequently police patrolling the area so its really safe to be there and park ur car there.

Cleanliness of room. Smell good. Location very good beside with Mr. Dollar, Mr. Diy and 7E.
